Hi, I’m Lindsay Courcelle a Myofascial Release therapist, Holistic Pelvic Care™️ practitioner, and mother of 2 (soon to be 3!)

 I’m passionate about supporting women to create easeful pain-free lives through myofascial self-care techniques.

I’m currently pregnant with my third baby, and I've collected almost a decade of MFR self-care experience since my first pregnancy.

In the last 8 years of mothering and 10+ years as a MFR therapist, I’ve helped hundreds of my pregnant clients heal their pregnancy aches and pain, prep their fascia for birth, and recover postpartum.
